S H I P P I N G
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This also applies to returned products, no exceptions.
Shipping prices stated refer to shipping within the U.S.
mainland only. All of our shipments are insured. Please
inspect your delivery immediately for damage before shipper
leaves. Note the damage on the box and it's relationship
to the furniture. Take pictures if possible. Please make
a claim with the carrier and notify us. We will assist
you in every way that we can.
C A R E O F Y O U R P R O D U C T
We suggest cleaning our furniture
on a weekly basis. Simply
use a damp soft cloth (not wet). Wipe the entire piece
evenly – DO NOT concentrate in one area. If you need,
you can use a diluted mild soap in the damp cloth, then
wipe it down again using a clean damp cloth (no soap).
Do not use all purpose cleaners or furniture polishes,
as they may effect the finish.
As with all fine wood furniture, always use coasters and
limit the wood to prolonged or harsh sunlight to minimize
fading. Wood movement is a natural occurance over time
in all wood furniture, please keep your furniture in a
fairly even temperature environment (10º range). Extreme
temperatures will greatly effect the wood. Never place
your furniture near a
heat source. |
